Warranty & repairs

For every article from our webshop you will find the specification of the warranty period under the tab Specifications. In general, the following warranty periods apply:

• Clothes hanger: 6 months
• Coat racks and clothes hanger collector: 1 year
• Coatcheck ORANGE ticket printer: 6 months
• Coatcheck ONE / FIVE ticket printer: 1 year
• Software and accessories: 6 months

Within the warranty period repairs are carried out free of charge: spare parts and wages are not calculated. The shipping costs to our repair center and back are at your expense. For on-site repairs, a surcharge may be charged.

After the warranty period wages, replacement parts and any travel costs will be charged. Upon request, we will prepare a quotation before the repair.
